I ran out of gas last night on Lake saint Clair. Called boat tow around 9:20 Captain Bill was there by 9:45. Hooked me up tow me in safe. It was a pleasure to meet him he was friendly nice and helpful.
Could not get my boat started. Captain will was there 15 minutes after I called in! He took us right to our boat well. Outstanding service!

We had to get towed from The Moot to our marina (2 hours). Captain Bill got to us fast and had great boatside manner! We hoped we were out of gas, so we were first taken to the gas dock in our marina. Captain Bill stayed with us & when that didn’t work, he took us right to our slip.
He was great to talk to about boats, and even was friendly to our dog while we gassed up. He went above & beyond & clearly enjoys his job.
We hope you never have to use them, but if you do – you won’t be in better hands!

An awesome experience! Captain was polite, cordial and confident and competent. Although it was a rescue, my wife, 5 year old daughter and myself enjoyed the event. Thanks for being there. Now boating is less of a chance venture. I feel we have someone there to watch over our safety.
